Linh James, MA, found her way into her first teacher training in 2003.

She has a multifaceted background, including a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and multiple certifications in the Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga traditions. She has also studied in-depth the techniques of Breathwork, Sound Healing, Trauma-informed yoga, and Reiki. She has dedicated her life to increasing love and happiness in the world. She founded Beyond Prison Walls, a program that brings yoga into Federal Prisons. You will find her in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA, studios. In addition, she leads sold-out teacher training programs, workshops, and retreats around the world. Linh's classes are fun, down-to-earth, and approachable for all levels. She encourages her students to go beyond the comfort zone into the transformation zone where the real magic happens. She empowers her students to listen within and follow the voice of love. She often shares nuggets of spiritual psychology in class to support students in living a more awakened and joy-filled life. Within her classes, she creates a vortex of pure sonic waves using many instruments from drums to Tibetan/Quartz crystal singing bowls and gongs.
