Through this journey, she learned what it takes to reclaim what truly belongs to one’s soul journey, and now offers guidance to help others arrive at their own path with greater ease and clarity.As the founder of Mauna Magic — a space rooted in yoga, neuroscience-informed somatics, sound healing, and spiritual inquiry — Linh creates offerings that support inner clarity, nervous system regulation, and meaningful integration into everyday life. Her work is shaped by lived experience, contemplative practice, and years of formal training. Linh studied neuroscience at George Mason University, psychosomatic study through the Integrative Psychology Institute, sound healing with Susan Mondi Bowen, and in-depth yoga anatomy and physiology with CorePower Yoga experts. She continues to explore new modalities to better serve others on their journey.
