Linnea completed her first YTT in 2023 at Hot On Bank Studio with Meghan Smith and Sonya Cyr.
Her second 200 hr training was completed in 2024 with Sangha Yoga School, with Annie Chapman. Linnea enjoys teaching vinyasa style yoga flowing from pose to pose, building the sequence as we progress through the class. Slower flow with longer holds and flowing with one breath one movement are what makes her happy and complete. She recently completed training in restorative yoga and looks forward to sharing this with students.
