Liron is passionate about dance so she incorporated her dance background into her yoga classes. Teaching a fusion of dance and yoga movements. A choreography based yoga, with fluid movements and graceful transitions, followed by pranayama. It will awaken your inner dancer, challenge you to find grace and inner beauty within yourself and encourage you to move beyond your limits, while incorporating breath and nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.
