With more than 20 years of devotion to the practice, Lisa brings a deep love for yoga, wellness, and inclusivity to every class she teaches. She is the founder of Mama Yatra Club, a community created to inspire and support others on their personal journeys—on and off the mat. Through her teachings, Lisa hopes to cultivate a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and empowered.
