Sufia began studying yoga as a youth of and has over years experience teaching She studied at the feet of such renown Yoga Master Teachers as ASAR Hapi Krishna Kaur Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Rolf Gates In Sufia received her first hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Pamela Meriweathers Sakhi Yoga School and most recently received a Kemetic Ancient Egyptian Yoga Certification from Yirser Ra Hoteps Yoga Skills in Yoga saved Sufias life after a work-related car accident left her paralyzed for six months and Permanently Disabled so she takes special interest in working with Elders and the Physically Challenged who need modified postures Sufia has also attended lectures of such renown Mystic Teachers as Swamini Turiyasangitananda Ra Un Never Amen Dr/Master Zhi Gang Sha and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait PhD to enhance the Spiritual aspects of her practice/classes.
