Lisa Bertke, ERYT-500, Certified Ayurveda Specialist, founded the Prana Yoga Center in Geneva IL in 2001 to serve as a multi-disciplinary center for students to experience authentic yoga as physical practice, and, as an ancient spiritual system that can serve as a catalyst for personal transformation and fulfillment.
Her extensive training of the past 20 years includes yoga, Ayurveda and meditation. She is a Parayoga Level II certified under the direction of Rod Stryker, and is a certified Ayurveda Specialist graduate of the Himalayan Institute, a certified program of the National Association of Ayurveda or NAMA. Her passion and reverence for the practice of authentic yoga is unending and the immense power it has to change lives. Lisa has a Human Resources Degree from DePaul University, and lives in St Charles, married with three amazing sons.
