Lisa Bianco

She is certified in VINYASA, RESTORATIVE, and YIN YOGA. Lisa has been a yoga student for 25+ years. Her first class was at home with a class on a VCR tape. She loved how it made her feel and helped with her anxiety levels. She decided to get certified for personal growth and dive deeper into how it works. She didn't plan on teaching, but an opportunity came to her, and she decided to go for it. She is so glad she did! Lisa enjoys teaching Beginner, Gentle, and Restorative classes. She especially LOVES teaching Chair Stretch Yoga to Seniors, probably because she is one!! No matter where she is, whether she is teaching at a fitness or yoga studio or a senior center, she creates a safe space for her students to practice yoga without any judgment. She is just honored that they take time to come to her class. They inspire her to be better with each class she teaches. Yoga rocks!!
