Lisa was first introduced to yoga when she was and living in North Carolina pursuing a professional ballet career After moving to Nashville TN in Lisa was re-introduced to yoga Since then she has been dedicated to her practice and completed her first hour teacher training with emPower School of Yoga in April In April she completed her second hour teacher training with Kali Yuga Youniversity In December she completed her hour teacher training with Asheville Yoga Center She loves the way the body can move and her classes are influenced by her many years of ballet training She loves teaching different styles of yoga from restorative vinyasa to power vinyasa Her classes are always different lighthearted and playful Yoga is her way of connecting mind body and spirit and she loves sharing that with her students.
