Lisa began teaching yoga in 1980 and has taught yoga and meditation to adults, teens, children, and schools in Austin since 1997. She also teaches yoga diet and lifestyle seminars. She runs the Yoga Meditation Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching yoga in all its aspects to all ages.
