Lisa is the founder of Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Life Center, producer of the documentary film The Future of Yoga: Your Pathway to Happiness currently scene on OmStars online yoga channel. Lisa and her Illuminated Soul Team teaches adults and kids in preschool, elementary, and high schools specializing in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for athletes, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and more. Lisa founded The Chicago Yoga Project bringing mindfulness based yoga programs to the most violent neighborhoods in Chicago and those with Adverse Childhood Experiences. a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
