I graduated from Baltimore School of Massage in May and immediately became licensed with the State of Maryland and certified by the National Board of Bodywork I have since held licenses in Florida Virginia and now Colorado while also maintaining my professional membership with The American Massage Therapy Association In May I graduated from Zenya Yoga Academy in Newport News Virginia and became registered with Yoga Alliance My most recent certification is through Warriors At Ease a non profit organization which offers an evidence based yoga and meditation training for active duty service members veterans and their families impacted by war sexual assault and trauma In November I got my starter kit from Young Living and was instantly obsessed! I became an educator and am now an Executive level distributor with the leader and pioneer of the essential oils movement Studying the properties associated with these plants has completely transformed the way I look at wellness care for my family and conduct my business Im excited to share these natural alternatives with others on my personal journey to living more mindfully through wellness ~Namaste~.
