I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Yoga is my passion! I began my Yoga journey when Covid hit in the Spring of I truly think it saved my sanity Since I began my journey I have taken many yoga classes online and encouraged many of my friends and family to begin this journey As I am a public school educator teaching yoga to others was a natural evolution for me In the summer of I completed my hour teacher training and since have completed many other endorsements including childrens yoga and several Ayurveda classes I am currently teaching Chair Yoga classes to seniors beginner Yoga classes to adults and Childrens Yoga classes after school.
