Lisa has been practicing many forms of yoga over the past 30 + years and she finished 200hr YTT teacher training in 2023 with Kripalu under the mentorship of Christi Newhart and Monique Schubert.

Lisa has been practicing many forms of yoga over the past 30 + years and she finished 200hr YTT teacher training in 2023 with Kripalu under the mentorship of Christi Newhart and Monique Schubert.
She also completed 300hr at Online Yoga School under the guidance of Steph Ball-Mitchell. Part of the business side of Yoga is being mobile and flexible to bring Yoga to rural communities through collaboration with area organizations and businesses. She has started her teaching journey in a studio space in hometown and actively teaching and exploring yoga opportunities through organizations such as Tivity Health and Veterans Yoga Project (Trademarks apply). Lisa is humbled to part of the journey to bring yoga, meditation, pranayama and safe spaces to Butler County, Iowa. She enjoys urban footprints and back country retreats too.
