Lisa Ingle Stevens

She is certified through PAX and Lightyear Leadership in order to provide transformational tools to support our mental fitness as well. Lisa has taught and lead leadership development programs for the past 18 years and is the Co-Founder of The Union Yoga, Fitness and Fun in San Antonio, Texas where they recently celebrated their 17th year in business. She graduated from Trinity University in 1999 with a BA degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish. In 2019 she created The U-Institute, a leadership development and yoga teacher training company that allows her to meld her 2 passions of mental and physical health. Lisa teaches a variety of styles of yoga and has completed her 200- hour RYT with The Open Hand Institute, OHM School and The U Institute. She also completed her 300- hour RYT certification through The Hard & Soft Institute with Beryl Bender Birch.
