Lisa Lawley is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training program with Etowah Valley Yoga a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School RYS She has been a student of yoga on and off for more than years she bought a book in high school and first learned from that Over the past decade she has immersed herself more in the practice and wanted to learn even more She enrolled in and graduated from yoga teacher training in and currently teaches at Aligned Living Studios in Acworth Georgia and at Etowah Valley Yoga in Cartersville Georgia She also offers online classes via Zoom each week She specializes in gentle Hatha chair yin and restorative yoga styles Lisa has completed the following training: hours Yoga Teacher Training with Etowah Valley Yoga hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bodsphere hours Chair Yoga Teacher Training with Lilac Lotus Yoga Currently pursuing her hour certification with YogaRenew In addition Lisa is an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher having studied with various Reiki Master/Teachers since She offers distance Reiki sessions for clients as well as online Reiki training.
