About
Lisa Marie started attending yoga on her lunch hour in 2000, seeking relief from neck and shoulder strain due to a desk-centric job in IT.
From the very first class she was drawn to the internal stillness at the end of class - yoga was much more than the physical practice she expected. Through various classes and teachers including Max Strom, she realized that the patterns that exist on the mat are in direct correlation to behaviors and relationships off the mat, and yoga becomes part of who you are. In 2017 she completed 200-hour teacher training with Brian Delaney of Vibrant Life Yoga in Greenville, SC. She enjoys working with children, seniors, and newcomers to yoga. She teaches breath-initiated movement and loves to share the benefits of a mind-body practice that improves every aspect of life.
