Lisa Michelle Parans is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Lisa grew up as an avid sports enthusiast and dancer but fell in love with yoga while away at University in Victoria BC back in By she became a seasoned Ashtanga yogi and by she completed over hours of Registered Yoga Meditation and Breathwork Teacher Trainings to begin her teaching career She is a graduate from the Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga for Youth and the original Vancouver Karma Teachers Centre for Mediation and Yoga She is one of the founders of the Lila Yoga Collective who offered pop-up free or by donation Yoga Meditation and Breathwork classes around the lower mainland promoting inclusion accessibility safe body alignment and awareness practices Lisa still loves to dance and is currently teaching at iDance Vancouver a variety of styles to her beloved community In June of Lisa started offering free Beach Lila Yoga Flow in the West End of Vancouver In September of Lisa started teaching Corporate Yoga with BFit She embodies mindfulness with her daily rituals of journaling dance gentle and long hold stretching meditation and breathwork exercises.
