I've been practicing yoga for decades.
Yoga as a mindful movement practice has gotten me through some of the most stressful and difficult times in my life. Gentle and restorative yoga help me cope with depression anxiety and just everyday stress. I love being able to share this gift with others. I have provided classes for volunteers and staff at Best Friends Animal Society, for law students and legal interns, members of the NYC Bar Association, NYSBA, as well as for the general public. I've also been providing wellness and compassion fatigue trainings for lawyers, social workers, interns, and law students for over a decade.
