She has studied the Ashtanga Vinyasa system under some of the most esteemed senior teachers, and this remains central to her practice today, alongside the paths of Jnana, Karma, Raja, Bhakti, and Nada.Through dedicated guided and self-directed studies, Lisa was invited by a local studio in 2000 to share her insights with the Fort Lauderdale community, at a time when few truly understood the deeper dimensions of yoga. She also co-directed the Aananda Yoga teacher training program in Fort Lauderdale for several years and later began offering specialized trainings in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Continuing Education to over 1,000 participants.Lisa is deeply passionate about healing arts and is a Reiki Master, Vedic Thai Yoga practitioner, vibrational healer, Silvotherapy practitioner, and Qi-Gong practitioner. A lover of creative movement, she enjoys activities like dance, roller skating, snowboarding, or anything that brings joy.Having previously worked with VIPs in the nightclub scene of New York and Miami, Lisa specializes in private sessions for high-profile individuals and public figures, offering tailored yoga training.In addition to her long-standing commitment to uniting others in wellness, Lisa has emerged as a community leader in South Florida. Since 2007, she has fostered a deeper connection for the conscious community through her online platform and social media hubs, the yogacOMmUNITY of Florida.As the founder and director of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga, she has been providing affordable classes, hosting monthly full moon gatherings, and promoting environmental awareness through beach cleanups since 2008. A true nature enthusiast, she organizes numerous events that emphasize our connection to the natural world.As a wellness advocate, creative force, and community activator, Lisa produces various wellness events featuring guest speakers across Florida.
