My 500 hour certification was completed at YogaWorks in Los Angeles, followed by a Yin Yoga teacher training at Hot 8 Yoga in Santa Monica, California. With passion for Traditional Hot Yoga, Hot Power Fusion, Vinyasa and Yin, my guidance is infused with these methods. As a child I was a classically trained dancer. I've been a massage & bodywork professional since 2002. An intuitive sense of subtle body energetics, anatomy and artful movement inspires my way of life.
