The Sky House Teacher training strives to teach students through a multi-faceted, multi-disciplinary study based in Hatha yoga. This program was focused on alignment & modifications, anatomy & physiology, meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy while touching on Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, yoga nidra, partner yoga, Ayurveda, aromatherapy, astrology and Kirtan.
