I am a certified yoga, meditation guide and practitioner with over 6 years of experience, and many hours of teaching and continuing education.
I completed my Nutrition Therapist Master certification in July, 2022. It is my desire to help create wellness and empowered aging through movement, meditation, and nutrition. I prefer to teach yoga that contains challenging or restorative poses over high intensity practices; believing that when we begin to slow down and utilize yoga to create presence, it can not only stimulate the body, but soothe the mind, and soul. My students have expressed appreciation for my individualized approach, sense of humor, and ability to create ease around a practice may sometimes feel challenging. Utilizing yoga philosophy, the annual seasons, moon phases, and a peppering of astrology, I enjoy providing not only well-crafted classes, but food for thought so each public or private session begins and ends with intention.
