Lisa Wiecki

She enjoys movement practices that support healing and enhance overall well-being. She especially loves designing creative yoga sequences that introduce students to new poses and unique combinations encouraging them to expand and diversify their practice. She strives to create a calm supportive space where students can connect deeply with their breath and body leaving class with a renewed sense of ease. Lisa completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Liz Delaney of Greenville Yoga and has completed 40 hours of specialized training in Restorative Yoga through My Vinyasa Practice.
