After experimenting with a few yoga classes over the years Lisa found Loretta Jo at Yoga-Mojo in   The physical challenge of Lorettas classes along with learning to tap more fully into the mind-body-breath connection helped to calm Lisas crazy “monkey mind”  As a type-A person working in a technical field the calm and centeredness of yoga was exactly what Lisa needed  After several years of practice Lisa decided to jump into teacher training graduating from Yoga-Mojos Yoga Teacher Training YTT in the fall of   Lisa creates an inclusive space for each student to not only improve their strength and flexibility but to increase mental focus and calm the mind -- benefits the practice of yoga has brought to her life  Her class includes an energizing Vinyasa sequence with a focus on breath allowing the practice to become a moving meditation  Detailed alignment cues inspirational thoughts and a fun pose or balance round out Lisas class  Lisas students will step off their mat feeling renewed with a greater sense of peace Outside of yoga Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs reading running and all things animal/nature.
