About
Being active and practicing sports has always being a big part of my life.
As a child, I was a competitive gymnast for 5 years and as a teenager, I played competitive water polo at national level. I first stepped into a yoga class in 2004 and quickly fell in love, but didn’t practice consistently and stayed long periods off the mat while doing other exercises like running, swimming, and belly dance. After years working as a lawyer at an investment bank, I decided to take a break on my career and dedicate my time to my family. To deal with the stress and demands of being a full time stay-at-home mother, I turned to a consistent practice of yoga seeking mental and spiritual balance. My results were so significant, that I felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Besides my RYT 200, I holds a B.A. in Law. Outside the mat, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, cooking, and reading novels.
