Liz, ERYT-500, began teaching vinyasa yoga in 1999 and has completed more than 1000 hours of training along the way.

She originally completed her training with Alan Finger in New York City with Yoga Zone and has spent the past 19 years refining her skills as a vinyasa teacher. Liz was the co-owner of Living Yoga, the premier vinyasa yoga studio in the Hudson Valley named the “Best Yoga Center in the Hudson Valley” from 2012-2017. She has trained yoga teachers since 2002 and is currently a Yoga Continuing Education Provider (YCEP) with Yoga Alliance. Liz choreographs innovative and challenging sequences but believes above all else that the practice changes us most from the inside out. She currently teaches Vinyasa and YIN yoga in Baltimore.
