Lizabeth is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and YACEP with Yoga Alliance, and an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with IAYT.
She holds a Masters Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and combines the sciences in her approach with clients. As a senior faculty member of Mount Madonna's School of Yoga, Lizabeth coordinates the Advanced Yoga Studies YTT 300 program, teaches in yoga teacher training programs, offers courses in yoga theory and philosophy, asana, pranayama and meditation, teaches online therapeutic yoga classes and sees private clients.
