She Is certified through the International Alliance of Yoga T (C-IAYT). She has served as a lead Wellness Yoga Specialist with Cleveland Clinic's Tanya Edwards Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Med and teacher trainer for the Cleveland Clinic School of Yoga (RYS), and TRY4life Yoga School (RYS). She provides specialized yoga for Westlake Community Services Center, Westlake Aquatic Center, and co-teaches monthly meditation sessions at the Cleveland Museum of Art. She is founder and director of MettaFlows Yoga And Art, where she offers private and community classes, workshops, and individualized approaches to wellness. She has been a guest lecturer for local organizations, and Cleveland State University Physical Therapy program.. Other certificates and trainings include; Aquatic Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Cardiovascular inflammation Reversal, Trauma Sensitive Yoga for PTSD, Laughter Yoga, Street Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, Integrative and Holotropic Breathwork. Her approach to teaching is inclusive and she brings yoga to a broad population with a wide range of accessibility and mobility - from moms and babies, to teens, adults, boomers and seniors.
