Lona has been a yoga practitioner for over twenty years and earned her 200hr yoga teacher certification on the island of Maui. She is also a certified Warriors At Ease yoga instructor, trained to provide trauma-aware yoga to military service veterans and first responders. Lona is a 25-year Air Force veteran focused on fostering mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellness through the power of yoga.
