Lorelei St James

and a YACPE with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with Registered Yoga Schools (RYS). She holds additional training certificates in Restorative (Relax and Renew) Yoga from Judith Lasater and a Yoga Anatomy certificate from Leslie Kaminoff. She is also a certified Yoga Alliance PreNatal Yoga teacher and in September 2021, Lorelei earned a Wellness Educator certificate from YogaU Online. The majority of her training has been from respected yoga teachers who are also doctors and physical therapists. For example, in February 2024, Lorelei completed Judith Hansen Laster's training course in an advanced anatomy that focused on the body's relationship to gravity in yoga poses. Continuing her advanced education, in March 2024 Lorelei also completed Judith Hansen Laster's course on yoga sequencing concentrating on kinesiology and advanced anatomy.
