Lorelle is know for her humour, energy and compassion.
She completed her 200 hour Ashtanga training in 2015 at Free Bird Yoga school in Chelmsford and has been further developing her yoga practice and teaching through studies in restorative yoga, exploring the connections between the physical and emotional, and refining teaching techniques in adjustments and cueing. Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Lorelle moved back to her home town after living in Windsor, Scotland, and Toronto.
