I completed my YTT Ashtanga Vinyasa with All Yoga Training under the lead teacher Vari Morales in August of and a hour appreticeship under Stacy Ingham at Ashtanga Yoga School Raleigh in In addition to practicing and teaching Ashtanga she continues to deepen her knowledge through additional courses and intensives under David Garrigues and Stacy Ingham and has had the opportunity to practice and work with Carroll Ann Friedman David Keil Ross Stambaugh and Cory Bryant and Cory Bryant She is she has studied ThaiVedic Bodywork and ThaiVedic Vayu Therapy courses which draws on the traditions of Ayurveda Traditional Thai Medicine and Yoga Therapy Received a Level Ayurvedic Certification in and completed an additional hours of Anatomy Studies through David Keils Yoganatomy course She is certified through Ukeru after completing trauma informed training and is a community Resource Provider for Hesed Place.
