As a retired elementary school educator and administrator, she cherishes learning and embraces yoga as a timeless practice that fosters growth, love and community. Her passion for yoga, strength training, wellness, unity and community shines through her spirited approach. Through her vinyasa-based practice, Lori inspires practitioners of all levels to embrace the joy of movement, breath, and collective flow.
