Namaste.
I have been teaching for 23 years now, both private, fitness center and community classes. I have an Advanced Certificate in Iyengar Yoga training as well as being a Certified Meditation Teacher and Yoga Nidra. I have taken many other workshops and trainings in all different types of Yoga philosophy.I like to focus my classes on improving different areas of the body, shoulders, hips, spinal flexibility, core strength, and often design my classes around student's needs.Hope our paths cross in the future.Lori
