Lori Krajenke

After the birth of her second son in 2009, she decided it was the time to deepen her practice and enroll in a Yoga Teacher Training program. She received her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) designation in 2010 and has been teaching ever since. While Lori began teaching primarily Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles of yoga, she soon realized that her true passion was in prenatal yoga. Having practiced through all three of her pregnancies, she understands the benefit of a regular practice on how we carry and birth our babies. To further her education, she sought out Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Laurel Hicks of Mindful Mamas Prenatal Yoga. After completion of her training, she began teaching expectant moms and enjoys helping them to see the beauty in their changing bodies and the miracles that are being created. Lori has been married to her best friend Rob since 2004 and is blessed to be the mother of three beautiful children, Ben, Jonah and Kelsey. She believes in building community with other expectant moms and truly believes in our bodies and the birth process. Lori Krajenke is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
