L. Marie (Lori) Shaw-Taguinod

Marie (Lori) Shaw-Taguinod is a graduate of Orange Coast College's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program and has been practicing Yoga for 10 years. L. Marie was inspired by teachers like Diane Bondy, and Dr. Chelsea Jackson and also studied with Ashley McKeachie, E-RYT 500 MA, C-IAYT. As a Yoga instructor, L. Marie believes that Yoga truly is for everybody and EVERY body. L. Marie teaches gentle beginner to intermediate classes that are lighthearted and fun. Her classes focus on the breath as well as the mind/body connection. L. Marie believes that this type of movement is a celebration of what the body CAN do.
