Loris relationship with Yoga began in the early s with the solo study of Iyengar manuals and the occasional group workshop Her practice and knowledge of yoga philosophy deepened throughout her college years and through her travels as she connected with master teachers of Iyengar Swami Shivananda and Pattabi Jois Lori embarked on her first formal yoga teacher training program in and has since earned &#; hrs of RYT study Hatha Sivananda and YinYasa and YACEP status with Yoga Alliance Her devotion to Yoga as a life practice has led her to live learn and teach in yoga communities all over the world including Canada Japan Mexico USA and India.
