I have chosen this path which has led my journey deeper into yoga and it has been life changing I have become both mentally and physically stronger I have been able to take the calmness and balance off of the mat and integrate it throughout my daily life Yoga is beautiful while at the same time calms the mind and provides a sense of peace that makes me a better person My passion for yoga is something I would like to share with everyone as it just makes life better Teaching and assisting is truly an honor and such a wonderful feeling of love I am thrilled that I have finally found my passion and I am so lucky to be living it Peace Love Health and Happiness is what I desire and I wish the same for everyone Namaste!.
