YogaBright founder Louise Fecher, E-RYT 200, is a certified yoga instructor, workshop leader, Reiki practitioner, and writer.
Louise teaches Hatha yoga classes and workshops primarily in lower Westchester County, including Yonkers, Tuckahoe, Eastchester, Scarsdale, and Mt. Vernon. Her classes are held at local community centers and yoga studios; she also offers in-home private yoga instruction. Louise works with students of all ages a variety of classes. Her areas of expertise are Restorative yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and Chair Yoga. Louise was certified as a Relax and Renew (Restorative) Trainer by Judith Lasater in 2007 and studied Advanced Restorative yoga with Judith in 2009. As a seasoned Chair Yoga instructor, Louise developed and launched a Chair Yoga Teacher Training program with Yoga Haven studio in 2012. She has trained and mentored other yoga instructors to help bring yoga to the senior population. Louise enjoys bringing a sense of humor and a nurturing atmosphere to her classes. She established YogaBright.com in 2010 so she could combine her passion for yoga with 30 years of professional experience as an editor and author.
