I am a culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health and wellness professional with over 10 years’ experience living and working with people from all walks of life.
I am curious about how we create meaning in our lives and how that meaning supports us or holds us back in living our fullest and most authentic lives. I have experiencing teaching yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic self-care practices to individuals and groups in a variety of settings and incorporate these practices into all my sessions in a variety of ways.
