Lucia Debski is a dancer and yoga teacher who has danced competitively and in concert from the age of 5 to present.
Lucia has always been passionate about yoga ever since she was introduced to it in the setting of cross training with dancing. Since introduction, Lucia has been practicing yoga seriously for three years. Lucia earned her RYT license through Bodsphere's RYS 200 hr program in 2023 and is excited to teach dancers and people from all walks of life the difference yoga can make in your life. Lucia currently teaches at University of Pittsburgh Campus Recreation where she teaches students and peers and is involved in small group programs and private offerings, and has been since Fall of 2023.
