I am a certified yoga (RYT 200) and meditation teacher and a long-time practitioner of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Currently qualifying for a 300-hour Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology Training. My journey spans over a 20-year period following a life changing diagnosis and a decision to take charge of my health. My passion is to use my knowledge of psychology, yoga, mindfulness & meditation to guide people in relieving mind-body imbalances. I do this through trauma-informed classes and workshops with a focus on mindfulness and somatic embodiment. My goal is to see everyone living a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.
