Lucy Pirner, MS, LPC, ERYT is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist.
She has extensive training in both Western and Eastern modalities of restoring mental health and nurturing spirituality. She is passionate about sharing these teachings to help you find your purpose and a life of fulfillment. Lucy has been practicing counseling since 1990, and teaching yoga since 2001. She is a certified LifeForce Yoga® Practitioner, a research supported method of working with depression, anxiety and trauma. The majority of Lucy's training and study have been with the Himalayan Institute and Parayoga®. She teaches in the yoga teacher training program at Devanadi Yoga Studio and Wellness Center in Minneapolis, MN.
