About
Hi, I'm Luisa A little bit about my self.
I am a Mexican woman living in Canada, I am a wife and a mother of two wonderful, active boys and I am a passionate yoga student and teacher. I have been practising yoga for about 14 years. I started the practice to find ease and to connect to myself after postpartum depression. Feeling inspired by my personal practice I made a decision to share the practice with others and I received my RYT200 certification on 2016. Before becoming a student and teacher of yoga I was an architect, so I believe in the importance of foundations, to become a strong and well balanced building or space. Such is in our human life, we need foundations to find the balance of strength and flexibility, in both mental and physical body. Yoga offers a start through our foundation and from there become a better version of ourselves. I am so proud to be able to teach little kids and big kids, mothers and babies, pregnant woman and all ages.
