I have always been passionate about Health and Wellness. After practicing for the last decade, it was a natural decision for me to pursue a career on that path. My training is rooted in the Hatha tradition. I bring a lot of passion and energy to my classes with a natural teaching style. I enjoy vigorous flow practices while still maintaining a connection to mind, body and soul. With an open heart and mind, I look forward to helping others find the same joy that yoga has brought me.
