I am an ERYT- certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance a Certified Stretch Coach and a Sound Healer with over years of teaching experience and more than hours of instruction — including extensive one-on-one assisted stretching sessions Growing up in Shanghai China I was immersed in a deeply spiritual culture that continues to shape my approach to yoga and healing This foundation has given me a strong connection to mindfulness balance and the wisdom of traditional practices Yin Yoga is both my passion and specialty I maintain a dedicated daily practice of yoga meditation and mindfulness which continues to deepen and inspire my teaching Currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM I integrate its holistic wellness principles into my yoga sessions My approach emphasizes stimulating meridian lines to release physical tension and emotional blockages promoting balance and healing on all levels My mission is to guide students in reconnecting with their bodies easing discomfort and cultivating inner peace through intentional movement and breath.
