I was was born in Colombia and moved to Germany in where I met and married my husband My family has been living in Miami since I come from a family who is devoted to Yoga through the "Self-Realization Fellowship Organization" In Miami I discovered Vinyasa Yoga through a friend and I immediately fell in love with this path of Yoga In I decided to do the YTT Yoga Teacher Training program under Anamargret Sanchezs loving guidance at PranaYoga Miami In the same year I took the Rainbow Kids Yoga training course for Kids and Families in Tampa Florida I am a motivated yoga instructor and my intention is to create a sensation of well-being and confidence during my yoga classes My kids classes are created under a loving and healthy environment Children are encouraged to have fun while exercising their bodies and mind I am currently teach at Gables Montessori School Riviera Day School Coral Gables Adult Activity Center ThePeace Maker Studio and at Sunset Dr In addition I give virtual classes as well.
