Hello friends! My name is LydiaFaith Baggett and I am a RYT200 Yoga instructor in Memphis Tennessee.
I graduated from Tennessee School Of Yoga April 2021 through Sana Yoga Memphis and I am now a instructor, sharing this beautiful journey of teaching after 4 years of practicing! I have been teaching Yoga since May of 2021. My goal as a instructor is to not only help growth happen physically, but mentally, and spiritually. I did not know what I wanted to do after I graduated highschool, so, I decided to take a leap into Yoga training, which changed my life in so many elements! I am the most fulfilled when I can help others! Yoga has allowed me to do just that! Along with Teaching at Sana Yoga, I have been so blessed with being able to instruct at St Jude’s Living Well center, leading restorative practices for employees such as doctors, researchers, scientists, and so on! I as well teach Cardio Dance and Yoga at MindBody Haus and Zen Studio Memphis. This year, I am taking on the journey of beginning my 300 hour training to become an official 500 hour Yoga teacher and trainer!
