Lynda Pedley is an Extended Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Lynda is also a Certiried Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a Certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, a certified Ayurvedic Yoga teacher, and a Certified Warriors at Ease Yoga and Meditation. Lynda offers Kripalu, yin & restorative yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra classes for students of all abilities, including trauma survivors, persons with PTSD and their family members. She also offers individual and group Yoga Therapy programs. Lynda leads retreats for helping professionals working with trauma that integrate Yoga Therapy, restorative yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra. Lynda is a Certified Personal Trainer with unique experience working with seniors. Lynda is also a Master Integral Coach with over 15 years working with people 1-on-1.
